Location : Bowling Green, OH

Schedule : Flexible - part-time (20 - 32 hours / week)

As a Nurse Practitioner at one of our private, on-site clinics, you will serve as a key member team, providing accessible, whole-person care focused on prevention, wellness, and lasting patient relationships. Working closely with our integrated care team, you'll help identify health needs early, coordinate across specialties, and empower employees to stay healthy, productive, and engaged, utilizing the convenience of what we offer.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do :

• Provide comprehensive primary care and manage acute / chronic conditions for employees and their families.
• Respond to onsite medical needs, including urgent care and injuries.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with external providers.
• Prescribe and manage medications responsibly while educating patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance standards.
• Lead or support wellness initiatives, screenings, and health education.
• Build trusted, ongoing relationships with employees.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Toolbox Health team and other medical professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
