In our Float Pool, you'll rotate across multiple units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Licenses & Certifications :

Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees : Graduation from an accredited or approved Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic patient care with a focus on patient and family perspectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated initiative, effective decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure.

Team members will complete annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
