Self-Scheduled. Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Work Schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) in a 6-week rotation. Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 . Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 . Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 . RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates). Military / Veteran Friendly Employer. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Quickly adapt to different workflows while maintaining clinical standards. Experience : At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Must meet the schedule requirements of 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend shift over 6 weeks. Training includes : NIHSS : Stroke Scale IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership development. Competitive Pay : Base rate plus float differentials. Licenses & Certifications :
Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees : Graduation from an accredited or approved Nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic patient care with a focus on patient and family perspectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated initiative, effective decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure.
Team members will complete annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
