Nomi Health is seeking an experienced Senior Controller to join our team in Utah. You will lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations across our business units. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will have the opportunity to scale and refine an accounting function that underpins Nomi's mission to rebuild healthcare.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, consolidations, GAAP reporting) across our business units.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that meet GAAP, healthcare, and multiple business unit requirements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness across multiple business units.
• Lead consolidations, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations across multiple business units.
• Support ERP implementations and system upgrades to optimize workflows and enable scalable reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and investor diligence.
• Build and mentor an accounting team with expertise in claims reconciliation, analytics revenue, and trust-banking operations.
• Serve as the accounting function's primary leader, aligning financial operations with corporate strategy across all business units.
