Responsabilidades :
- Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de asegurados, bancos y áreas internas de la empresa en Estados Unidos.
- Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos
- Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema.
- Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio.
- Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad.
