Salary : $72,432 - 90,546 per year

Requirements :

• I am looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.net) and SQL software is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, along with fluency in the English language. Candidates should demonstrate the potential for growth into larger roles and may need to travel domestically (10%) and occasionally internationally. Availability for non-routine hours during emergencies is necessary. I value creativity, curiosity, innovation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Lastly, candidates should have the aptitude to coordinate across multiple teams and sites to ensure successful implementation of system changes.

Responsibilities :

The primary focus of this role is to assist in the development of ERS and other systems while planning and executing programming tasks. I will rely on your expertise to lead or support the implementation of manufacturing enhancements involving data collection, storage, and analysis. Your key functions will include maintaining and updating client, server, and tags programs, collaborating with site teams and junior programmers to gather requirements for designing and modifying screens, and creating or updating database tables, stored procedures, and queries to optimize database performance. Additionally, you will interface with other systems and teams, respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve application failures promptly, and migrate stand-alone data collection and reports into the ERS system. You will also provide backup and support to junior programmers and require an understanding of how data flows between systems, which entails spending time with department managers, process improvers, and operators to receive necessary training.
