Work Hours :

  • Monday–Friday : 9 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM Monday–Friday : 8 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM Job Summary The Day Program Instructor provides direct support and care to individuals in the Behavioral Day Program.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, implementing individualized programs and behavior plans, maintaining a supportive environment, and transporting individuals to community-based events.
  • The instructor works closely with the program manager and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized programs and behavior plans. - Document activities, observations, and provide team updates. - Maintain a safe and clean program environment. - Collaborate effectively with staff, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members. - Report concerns and incidents to appropriate personnel. - Assist with transportation to and from program activities. - Participate in staff training and development.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. - Required : Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record - Preferred : Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or disabilities. - A Plus : Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
