Are you passionate about empowering young people to reach their full potential? Join our team as a Youth Coach , where you'll build meaningful, long-term relationships and guide youth through critical life transitions-from high school graduation to post-secondary success and career development.

Responsibilities :

• Build trusting relationships with up to 18 young people.
• Provide consistent social and emotional support.
• Collaborate 1 : 1 with youth to set and achieve academic and career goals aligned with their strengths and interests.
• Connect youth to quality schools, programs, and resources.
• Support persistence in educational and vocational settings, helping youth navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
• Assist in transitions when programs or placements don't work out, helping youth reflect and reorient toward new goals.
• Work closely with Case Planners, Tutors, Specialists, and families to ensure holistic support.
• Foster peer connections and positive social relationships.
• Support youth aging out of care in securing stable housing and developing independent living skills.
