About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to lead day-to-day onsite coordination across all phases of commercial construction projects. This role ensures subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and safety processes are aligned with project plans, budgets, and timelines.

You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving quality, safety, and schedule the person who keeps everything moving and everyone accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain critical path schedules.
• Oversee all onsite work to ensure compliance with specifications, plans, and safety standards.
• Review and communicate ASIs, RFIs, and submittals with the project team.
• Enforce subcontractor performance, safety, and adherence to scope.
• Coordinate all required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify conflicts, deficiencies, or non-compliance issues and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain a written daily log of onsite activity.
• Oversee multiple job sites simultaneously as needed.
• Walk all units daily to monitor progress and plan upcoming work.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Issue notices of non-compliance when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times.
• Complete punch lists, closeout activities, and ensure subcontractor corrections are finished.
• Assist with subcontractor bidding, budgeting, permits, and approvals.
• Manage material submittals and maintain onsite documentation.
• Support hiring of sub-tier workers as needed.
• Open and secure jobsite daily.
