Perform order coding and job release. Support metallurgical lab supervision with online updates and certification issues. Enter time and attendance on the weekend shift to minimize pay issues. Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated Clerk for the weekend day shift to support shipping and metallurgical lab operations in Cudahy, WI. This position will be cross-trained in both shipping and metallurgical responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
Job Duties
Shipping Clerical Duties :
- Process certification paperwork, bills of lading, packing slips, and labeling boxes.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments, primarily for GE and Pratt & Whitney.
- Interface with customer portals and ensure accurate shipment scheduling.
- Work with DQRs on paperwork for parts requiring DQR approval.
- Collaborate with material handlers and supervision on shipment issues.
- Prepare subcontract paperwork.
Metallurgical Lab Clerical Duties :
General Duties :
This is a first-shift position, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 5 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. It is a 36-hour schedule that will be paid as 40 hours.
