Clerk Position

We are seeking a motivated Clerk for the weekend day shift to support shipping and metallurgical lab operations in Cudahy, WI. This position will be cross-trained in both shipping and metallurgical responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Job Duties

Shipping Clerical Duties :

• Process certification paperwork, bills of lading, packing slips, and labeling boxes.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments, primarily for GE and Pratt & Whitney.
• Interface with customer portals and ensure accurate shipment scheduling.
• Work with DQRs on paperwork for parts requiring DQR approval.
• Collaborate with material handlers and supervision on shipment issues.
• Prepare subcontract paperwork.

Metallurgical Lab Clerical Duties :

General Duties :

This is a first-shift position, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 5 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. It is a 36-hour schedule that will be paid as 40 hours.
