    • Key Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly Monday meetings at our Troy office
  • Sell and service insurance products while expanding your client base
  • Manage existing client relationships and deliver outstanding service
  • Report daily activity through our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development
  • Mentor and train new team members as you advance

    • Qualifications

  • Clean background and reliable transportation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership potential and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or relationship-based roles
  • Passion for helping people and giving back to the community
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
