Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of brand identity, creative direction, and storytelling across consumer touchpoints
Translate brand strategy into creative for campaigns, ads, and digital experiences
Build and scale a high-performing internal creative function while managing external partners
Required Qualifications
BA / BS in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of creative experience, preferably in-house at consumer brands
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing, and AI creative tools
Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and consumer psychology
Experience developing integrated brand campaigns and high-quality asset production
