Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards. Research inquiries using various tools, databases, written materials, and the web to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries. High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced WFM Analyst.
- Position is contingent upon contract award
This is a fully remote role.
Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.
