Bilingual Territory Sales Representative
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for driving origination growth and merchant retention within an assigned geographic area, focusing on the automotive repair industry . This is a high-volume, field-based role requiring daily travel to acquire new merchants, onboard them with in-person training, and strengthen existing relationships to meet aggressive monthly sales and performance quotas.
- ? Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition & Sales : Consistently sign a minimum of 12 new automotive repair shops monthly and achieve origination quotas.
- Field Activity : Conduct an average of 15 in-person visits daily to prospective and existing merchants.
- Relationship Management : Provide ongoing training, troubleshooting, and support to partner shops to drive retention.
- Route Optimization : Utilize tools like Salesforce Maps to plan efficient daily travel routes.
- Documentation : Accurately log all merchant interactions and activities in the CRM (Salesforce) .
- Collaboration : Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and internal departments on growth initiatives and market development.
- ? Qualifications
- Experience : 1+ years in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Technical Proficiency : Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) , route optimization tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-Management : Proven ability to independently manage a territory, self-direct daily activities, and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
- Travel : Ability to drive extensively within the territory daily (up to 15 stops) with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Occasional travel (10%+) outside the territory is required.
- Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and proactive relationship-building skills.

- Experience selling to or working with automotive repair centers .
- Success in high-volume, customer-focused environments (e.g., automotive sales, wireless retail, rental services).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is a plus.
