A company is looking for a Call Center Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Triage symptoms and assess callers using evidence-based protocols
Deliver immediate care advice and recommend next steps for patients
Document interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of recent hands-on acute care RN experience, preferably in ER or Med-Surg
Current Compact RN License in good standing from the state of residence
BSN Degree from an accredited American university
Experience with phone-based care and multi-screen computer systems
Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Check and Drug Screening
