Workday Benefits Consultant

A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Associate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a Workday consulting resource on multiple client engagements with limited direction

Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing

Support clients during Annual Events and collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Workday Benefits role

Employment contingent upon obtaining required Workday certifications : Workday HCM Core and Workday Benefits

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects

Ability to quickly understand Workday HCM + Benefits processes

Eager to grow and develop through independent solutioning and mentoring
