Data Entry Clerk

Location : Westfield, MA Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $20 / hr

Overview : Were seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk with a background in medical billing to join our team in Westfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of data entry or billing experience and a strong eye for accuracy and detail. Experience with NetSuite or collections is a huge plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter billing and payment information into internal systems and databases
  • Process and review invoices, claims, and payments for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update patient, client, and account records
  • Assist with collections, reconciliations, and payment tracking as needed
  • Communicate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Ensure all data is entered in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
  • Generate and review reports to verify data accuracy and consistency

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry or medical billing experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, billing codes, and collection procedures preferred
  • Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
