We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our State Farm team. Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and claims processing.Provide product knowledge and support to help clients understand their insurance options.Process new applications, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and optimize coverage.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.Meet or exceed service and sales goals set by the agency.Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, State Farm products, and regulatory requirements.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or account management preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with computer applications and insurance software systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to providing excellent customer service.Licensing as required by state (or willingness to obtain).Benefits :
