Self-Scheduled.Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am).FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts).2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule.1 Weekend per 6-week schedule.2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter).RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and may cross-train as Charge RN.Float Pool Registered Nurse - Night Shift : In this role, you will experience a dynamic environment that fosters growth and challenge, moving between different patient units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units.Adapt to different workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.Engage with patients and families to develop customized care plans.What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility with scheduling commitments as detailed above.Training & Skills :

Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care aligned with established standards. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate the effectiveness of your interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and safety while upholding regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be involved in quality initiatives aimed at improving care processes.
Licenses & Certifications Required :
Registered Nurse license from the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).Education :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.Experience & Skills :
A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, demonstrating progression in delivering holistic patient care.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to make critical decisions and work collaboratively in a team environment.Interested candidates should be prepared to maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
