Our customers in the Dallas area are seeking new wireless technology and telecommunication services, and our AT&T Account Managers are at the forefront in assisting them. Working in the wireless industry, our AT&T Account Managers will be experts in understanding available plans, managing customer accounts and information, troubleshooting network or mobility issues, and maintaining great customer communication. We provide our AT&T Account Managers with comprehensive training in this role, enabling them to excel in the industry. Our primary objective is to deliver innovative wireless solutions and exceptional customer service by being proficient, promptly answering any questions, and maintaining transparency about our services. As an AT&T Account Manager, you play a significant role in increasing wireless sales and ensuring the success of our customers' satisfaction.

The AT&T Account Manager position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch their sales career and expand their customer service skills. Starting in the AT&T Account Manager role, there are numerous opportunities, as mobility services continue to evolve and new technologies are continually introduced for customers. As an AT&T Account Manager, you will work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of products and services, maintaining relationships while providing solutions that meet customers' needs.

AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities :

  • Interact with residential customers to educate them on wireless products and services available to them and answer any questions they may have about products, new updates, plans, and more.
  • Work with customers to review their current services and assist them in setting up new plans. This includes transfers, troubleshooting, setup, and account management.
  • Process any sales orders for customers, serving as their point of contact and assisting them with their purchases.
  • Develop and implement improved sales strategies to increase sales performance and expand wireless services in the area.
  • Track all sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers receive their new devices.
  • Provide top-tier customer service by understanding products and services to clearly communicate and address complaints or concerns, and offering solutions in a professional manner

AT&T Account Manager Skills :

  • Background experience in a customer service role, in the sales industry, retail store, or similar role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to engage with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization when managing customer accounts and answering questions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and develop further skills
  • Provide extraordinary customer service, leaving all customers happy and satisfied
  • This is a full-time, commission-based position with an on-target earnings range of $42,000-$62,000 annually.
