Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through consultant and A&E community support and direct end user initiatives
Interface with consultants, architects, and engineers to identify and develop strategic project-based opportunities
Lead the sales process from inception to completion, ensuring customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
10 years of industry experience in sales and / or installation of integrated access control and video management systems
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Market knowledge of the region and familiarity with local consultants
Strong presentation skills for diverse audience levels
Technical aptitude to learn and represent TSP technologies competently
