Billing Technical Analyst

A company is looking for a Billing Technical Analyst I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of billing processes to ensure timely and accurate customer billing

Perform user acceptance testing of billing functionality for system releases and document results

Investigate and resolve billing system discrepancies and collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent required

1 to 3 years of accounting or business analytics work experience required

Proficient with SQL preferred

Strong understanding of billing workflows and ability to write clear documentation

Advanced skills in Excel and Word, including Power Query and Index Match preferred
