Sales Professional

We are a dynamic supply chain solutions provider offering logistics, transportation, warehousing, and technology-driven services to clients across various industries. Our Honolulu office is expanding, and we're seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team and help drive growth in the region.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Honolulu area and surrounding markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their supply chain needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls, attend networking events, and leverage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Local market knowledge is a plus.
