This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean processes, creating content, and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly.
Responsibilities
HubSpot (or similar CRM) management:
Create and maintain email templates, sequences, and workflows
Build and manage contact segments and custom properties
Maintain data accuracy and organize CRM for efficiency
Create dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs
Website content management:
Update pages, blogs, product info, and SEO fields in WordPress
No coding experience is required
Coordinate with developers/vendors for technical changes beyond CMS
Marketing content creation:
Write and edit blogs, email copy, web copy, and product descriptions
Support campaigns and social media initiatives with compelling content
Research & analysis:
Conduct product, market, and competitor research to inform strategy
Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
Cross‑functional collaboration:
Work with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Design teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing automation
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Comfortable managing WordPress CMS content (no coding required)
Strong writing and editing skills for blogs, web content, and marketing copy
Experience with dashboards, reporting, and basic analyticsExcellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Bonus Skills
SEO knowledge and content optimization
Familiarity with regulated industries or product labeling
Experience with other CMS platforms or basic HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
