Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientation sessions, and training programs with key stakeholders
Provide ongoing support to new hires and collect feedback to enhance the onboarding experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-4 years of related experience in onboarding or human resources
Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
Knowledge of business office standards and recommended practices
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for documentation and compliance
