Practitioner Recruitment Coordinator

A company is looking for a Practitioner Recruitment Coordinator to recruit practitioners for medical and dental locations, including Military Disability Exams for service members and veterans.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Network Operations Managers to identify practitioner needs for various sites

Recruit and pre-screen candidates, maintaining a ready pool of qualified practitioners

Manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate records in the system

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of recruiting experience and / or applicable military experience

1+ years of related experience in provider relations, network management, or customer service

Knowledge of business support procedures and office terminologies

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
