- Asistir al capataz en la capacitación e instrucción sobre todos los aspectos de los servicios de gestión de áreas verdes
- Cavar, plantar, rastrillar, regar y limpiar paisajes
- Cargar y descargar equipos pesados y materiales de plantación de los camiones
- Recogida del equipo y herramientas propiedad de la empresa al final del día
- Operación segura del siguiente equipo:
- Cortadoras de césped: manuales
- Empuje y montadasCultivadores
- Aireadores, sembradoras de ranura (ocasionalmente tractores con ruedas)
- Bordeadoras, desbrozadoras, motosierras, cortasetos
- Pulverizadores y sopladores de mochila
- Herramientas manuales como palas, picos, rastrillos y herramientas de poda
Required Skills
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras de manera rutinaria
- Capacidad para agacharse y doblarse de manera continua
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en todas las condiciones climáticas
- Capacidad para trabajar alrededor de abejas, hiedra venenosa, polen, espinas y otros riesgos ambientales
- Debe usar botas de trabajo, uniformes de Bland Landscaping y presentarse de manera limpia y cortés
- Debe practicar la seguridad con químicos y equipos
- Debe usar la protección ocular y auditiva proporcionada por la empresa según sea necesario
- Debe tener buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para motivar a otros
- Debe estar dispuesto a obtener la licencia de aplicador de pesticidas de Carolina del Norte (NC)
- Se prefiere licencia de conducir válida de NC y buen historial de manejo
- Debe poder aprobar una verificación de antecedentes penales
- Debe cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de Bland
Required Experience
