Pay Rate starting at $28 / hr!
Full-Time Team Members (30+ hours per week)

Provide oversight for Resident Living (RL), Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment programming.Supervise Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment team members.Oversee hiring of life enrichment team members.Manage and approve payroll for life enrichment team members.Provide leadership and oversight on person-directed care initiatives community-wide.Provide guidance & direction to Resident Living committees and clubs as needed.Create flyers and advertise for Life Enrichment programming events.Book performers and speakers for community-wide programming and provide oversight and coordinationof programming.Oversee and be responsible for the Life Enrichment Department.Coordinate Life Enrichment calendars for all areas of Frederick Living.Provide hands-on support for Life Enrichment programming at all levels of living as needed.Abide by the organization’s code of conductPerform other duties as requiredWhat We’re Looking For
Four-year degree requiredAt least 5 years’ experience working with other adults in the Life Enrichment FieldSupervisory experience requiredNCCAP Director Certified PreferredExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to provide outstanding customer serviceDemonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellenceCommitment to person-centered careAbility to work well with others and maintain positive relationshipsWhy You’ll Love Working at Frederick Living
