Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks a senior attorney with commercial real estate finance experience, including lender and borrower side transactions for our New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Florida offices.

Experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures is a plus.

• Bar admission in one or more states where the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be a resident is required.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate directly with clients required.
• We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program.
• Salary is commensurate with experience.
• The salary range for this position is $275,000 to 450,000.
