Annual Salary : $420,000 + WRVU Incentive Program
Signing Bonus : $75,000
Education Loan Repayment : $20,000 per year

Join a well-established group of five Board-Certified Pulmonary / Critical Care physicians

Exclusive subspecialty-focused practice - no competition

Office located just 5 minutes from the hospital

Rotational schedule : 1 : 4 weekly call, hospital rounding, and management of a 10-bed ICU

Catchment population : 250,000, including service to Fort Drum (10th Mountain Division)

Cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional technology , including :

Monarch Platform with QUEST AI Technology

AI-powered software upgrade that enhances navigation and imaging

Improves physician accuracy when reaching and biopsying small, hard-to-reach lung nodules

Certified Sleep Lab (Sleep Medicine certification a plus, not required)

Qualifications

Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care (actively engaged in certification process)

Sleep Medicine certification preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
