A company is looking for a Card Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage card services staff and oversee daily operations of card services functions
Develop and execute growth strategy for the card program while ensuring compliance and addressing complex issues
Measure key performance indicators and manage metric reports to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including card operations experience
Experience in managing Profit & Loss and associated budgeting and planning
Experience in establishing and managing a revenue generation strategy
Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
