We support projects from initial concept through long-term maintenance, with specialized expertise in healthcare, higher education, industrial, life science, and technology markets.

Headquartered in Sacramento, California, Mark III operates throughout California and Nevada. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades : HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will be relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031 Optisolar Lane , with the move planned for completion by the end of Q2 2026 .

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• 1 - 3 years of construction experience, preferred electrical field
• Assists the Project Manager, Superintendent and foreman in overall project coordination
• Attend and document project meetings
• Update and maintain project filing system, all sets of drawings, specifications, and logs
• Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
• Prepare complete, accurate and timely submittal logs
• Prepare and maintain RFI logs, submittal logs and expediting logs
• Accurately process, distribute, and manage RFIs
• Cost code and / or verify correct codes on time sheets
• Ensure Contract Document Logs are maintained and updated as needed
• Prepare and document extra work orders
• Review and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveys
• Compile contract close out documents
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions as needed
• Development of bid packages to managing schedules

Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000 annually DOE
