Boutique law firm specializing in Plaintiffs Employment Litigation is seeking a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney , passionate for litigation and experience taking cases to trial. Caseload includes Wage and Hour and Single Plaintiffs FEHA, primary needs in Discovery, Law and Motion, PAGA experience a plus; Defense experience welcome. This role will have substantive responsibility in all aspects of litigation from conducting thorough legal research, case analysis to developing litigation strategies. In a collaborative environment, you will be working closely with the Managing Partners who are willing to train and mentor. If you are an independent thinker, able to push cases forward to trial, there is tremendous career development opportunities with managing attorneys that will provide you with a supportive platform to grow from.
Job Description and Duties
Base compensation range DOE from $150K-$180K, no billables. (Higher compensation range available for 10+ years' Senior Attorneys) Located in West Los Angeles, modern new offices, hybrid flexibility available.
