Key Responsibilities :

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for residents
• Provide direct therapy services to residents based on individualized care plans
• Support residents in improving or maintaining their functional abilities
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless patient care
• Adapt to varying caseloads and schedules, including weekends and weekdays as needed

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
