Recreation Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
• Maintain and manage act iv it y attendance calendars
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
• Computer k nowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Act iv it ies and Administrator
