Pay & Perks

Our CNAs earn $15.50-$18.50 per hour , depending on experience. All team members also receive :

• Discounted stays at up to 50 hotel locations
• Annual Lagoon Day and fun team activities

Part-time roles are eligible for the perks listed above, and full-time staff receive additional benefits.
