Primary Care NP or PA

Job Description

Specialty accepted : FNP, ANP, GNP, PA

Start date or shifts : ASAP - ongoing.

Minimum 3 consecutive days per week or 2 full weeks per month

Daily schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (5-8 assessments per day)

Practice setting : Home Health

Types of procedures : In-home health and wellness assessments, H&P evaluations, medication reviews, physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, urine sample collection, and distribution of fecal kits for mailing

Number of patients : 5-8 assessments per day

Ages : Geriatrics

Requirements : Minimum 3 consecutive days per week or 2 full weeks per month, must be willing to travel 75+ miles, experience with home health assessments preferred

Additional information : Provider must commit to submitted availability, no interviews will be conducted, confirmed based on availability provided

Benefits : Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
