Loss Mitigation Document Specialist

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Document Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the completeness of financial packages according to investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review financial packages for completeness and manage departmental correspondence

Communicate with borrowers about foreclosure alternatives and ensure timely recording of loss mitigation documents

Coordinate with other departments to maintain accuracy in loan modifications and servicing systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired

Previous experience in collections and / or default servicing desired
