We are seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient primary care practice specializing in adult medicine. The position offers a flexible work schedule, minimal call requirements, and access to comprehensive support staff including behavioral health and care managers. Seeking BE / BC Family Medicine Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult, primary care practice, in pristine western Connecticut.
Position Details :
- 100% office-based, Outpatient Primary Care Adult Medicine (18+)
- Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4-day work week option!
- Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight 2 months
- Access to Behavioral Health , High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
- Efficient operations, 2.5 staff per physician including Nursing support and your own MA
- EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
