About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Director who brings a robust background in tax compliance, research, and consulting. In this vital role, you will advise clients on the tax implications of their business activities, develop strategies to minimize tax burdens, and ensure adherence to all relevant tax regulations.

As the Tax Director, you will possess extensive knowledge of various tax specialties, including international tax, state and local tax, and estate planning, and apply this expertise to practical business scenarios. You'll also take an active role in supervising a team of tax professionals and contribute significantly to the leadership of our tax practice.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and preferably a Master’s degree in accountancy or taxation. Required qualifications include CPA, Attorney, or IRS Enrolled Agent certification, and at least 10 years of relevant tax experience, particularly in specialized areas of taxation.

With superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, you will effectively manage and develop a talented team of tax professionals. This role involves significant client interaction, and your executive presence and relationship management abilities will be crucial in addressing complex tax issues.
