Our team seeks a Program Planner IV in either Sunnyvale, CA or Highlands Ranch, CO to join our mission supporting our SDA (Space Development Agency) programs. In this role you will
- Be a part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations.
- Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the PMB (performance measurement baseline)
- Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Prepare and present high level and detail status to program management, executives, and customer representatives.
- Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning
- Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management.

Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 4-6 years relevant professional experience in planning or schedulingExtensive experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling / planning tool.Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost / Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement / Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.Experience in compiling, preparing, and presenting project briefings to internal management and external customers.Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearanceDesired Skills :
