TEST DEVICES IS SEEKING AN CNC LATHE OPERATOR FOR 2026!

First 3 months of training on Day Shift - 7 : 30am - 4pm (or TBD by manager)

After initial trainings are completed - 2nd Shift Hours - 12pm - 8 : 30pm

We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with

ambition and

strong work ethic . As a CNC Lathe Operator at Test Devices, you will be working with high-performance machine parts.

What the Ideal Candidate will do :

  • Setup and operate CNC Lathes.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance.
  • Use of crane and loading fixtures to move parts in and out of machines.
  • Identify and replace worn cutting inserts.
  • Perform proper mechanical inspections.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade school preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have manufacturing / machine shop environment experience.
  • Experience with operating CNC Lathe machines.
  • Be able to read & understand blueprints & drawings.
  • GD&T knowledge preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of G-Code & CNC operations.
  • Experience in ISO9001 / AS9100 environment preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire.
