As we prepare for our Annual Enrollment Season, we’re actively hiring 60 short-term temporary, customer-oriented professionals!
We are seeking individuals with demonstrated customer service experience and/or a working knowledge of benefits insurance.
- Paid training: in-person at our Overland Park office or remote for non-local hires
- Competitive hourly pay: W2 employee, bi-weekly paycheck
- Pre-Licensed Life & Health Insurance Professionals: $22–$24/hr pay rate
- Non-Licensed Professionals with Benefits or Customer Service Experience: $18–$19/hr pay rate

Temporary Assignment Information
- Assignment Duration: October to November
- Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday; work schedule staggers between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST
- No travel required
- In-person and remote openings available (remote offered to those individuals not located in the greater Kansas City area)
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient using computers, keyboards, and headsets (skills analyzed during interview)
- Comfortable navigating multi-systems including Zoom, Google Suite platforms, soft phone systems, and various other communication tools
- Clear and confident telephonic communicator
- Professional, solution-oriented, and reliable
- Fully committed to working 40 hours per week for the duration of the short assignment
- Following 4 days of paid training, conduct a steady and faster paced volume of individualized benefits review sessions by phone, helping employees understand their company’s benefit options to make informed enrollment decisions
