Founded in 2016 by Shane Eastwood, a former Starbucks barista and manager, Caffeinated Coffee Repairs was built on a simple idea : coffee equipment repair could be done better. Today, our team spans Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington, supporting clients with expert service across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. We service a wide variety of brands of espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinding equipment — providing everything from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs — to ensure every machine delivers consistency, reliability, and the perfect cup. We have a solid team throughout the Texas market, as well as New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington State. As a team we support all areas to service our customers above and beyond their expectations.

We perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of coffee equipment for all our customers. We specialize in many different espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. We are one of the largest vendors in the nation helping keep the coffee world brewing. New hires begin riding along with a certified technician until we can get them enrolled in a certification class. We work with several different manufacturers.

Once trained and certified you can then go out on your own with a work vehicle. Although the job is mostly independent work, we still work as a team to support each other. We also thrive to have great customer interaction, and to keep our customers satisfied. Technology has changed a lot, so we work on some of the most advanced equipment that requires lots of troubleshooting from time to time. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a passionate individual with a love for coffee to join our team as a Service Technician. No technical experience is required; we welcome candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a willingness to learn. Previous experience repairing appliances or experience as a barista is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities :

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
