Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to provide healthcare services within a K-12 school setting in Lakeville, MN. This contract position extends for the current school year (CSY) and involves working closely with students, staff, and healthcare teams to support student health and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide basic nursing care to students including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments
• Monitor student health conditions and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs
• Participate in health education and wellness programs to promote a safe school environment
