A company is looking for a Principal Contract Negotiator to manage the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation and drafting of contract modifications and provide guidance on contract-related questions
Manage the end-to-end contract review workflow and contribute to the improvement of the contracts management system
Support the Legal team with administrative tasks and execute projects based on business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience in managing contracts and contractual operations
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, particularly in vendor and subscription contexts
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with Contract Management Systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
