We host Immersion Days to provide meaningful exercises inviting your unique perspectives on initiatives across the company;

The entire intern class will collectively put their skills and experiences together to develop and pitch an advertising campaign, leveraging all iHeart's platforms;

Engage in a weekly speaker series hosted by leaders from all divisions of the company.

What You'll Do :

Manage pitch submissions inbox

Organize submissions and track status and prioritization of pitches

Support and work closely with senior development managers

Schedule pitch meetings and follow ups

Review and evaluate pitch decks, audio samples, pilot episodes, and existing shows

Conduct market research associated with inbound opportunities

Learn about iHeartPodcast Network's development process from pitch through green lighting

Participate in development meetings

What You'll Need :

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage a large volume of pitches in a fast paced environment

Major in - or strong experience in - a storytelling medium (theater, film, podcasting, literature, creative writing)

A wide range of interests / curiosity about the world

Knowledge of and / or strong interest in learning about the podcast industry

What You'll Bring : Compensation :

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
