Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in eleven offices.  Our Los Angeles office is seeking Architects with 6-10 years’ experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use / Retail.

What We Are Looking For :

As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation, and construction of our projects.  You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Understand both architectural design and documentation processes, including all project stages.
• Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
• Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches
• Generate and execute red-lined revisions
• Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants
• Analyze and prepare program, space planning and area calculations
• Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints
• Participation in regular project team, client and contractor meetings
• Regular communication with the designated Project Manager
• Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required
