Key Responsibilities
Build and refine forecasting and capacity models incorporating volume trends and operational goals
Partner with various departments to translate automation and product changes into staffing and operational decisions
Lead multi-scenario planning using advanced analytical techniques to support workforce and financial decisions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in workforce planning, operational analytics, FP&A, or strategic operations
Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data narratives and strategic recommendations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and advanced Google Sheets / Excel
